We are currently hiring a NASSCO certified operator for a full-time position in Greater Toronto Area, Ontario. Aquatech Canadian Water Services Inc. is looking for an individual who is seeking a career with our rapidly expanding company, and is eager to learn.

Ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working in municipal storm & sanitary sewer systems as well as experience with reporting on defects in the sewer using different cameras and/or remote controlled vehicles.

The main responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the safe and professional operation of a CCTV Truck unit(s). Mobilize to each site and safely operate equipment.
• Inspect sewer lines and other structures using NASSCO MACP/PACP/LACP guidelines and recommendations.
• Maintain CCTV Truck equipment in good operating condition by adjusting, cleaning, lubricating and performing minor repairs.
• Attend various meetings related to assigned projects as needed.
• Work with the client to obtain maps or files for work performance.
• Brief and manage crew on job assignments and expectations.
• Continuously monitor work being performed for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure all field reports are detailed and complete before review or submission to the client.
• Assist with coordination of required project acceptance testing.
• Provide overall operations and monitoring of CCTV crew and their performance.
• Ensure work is undertaken in compliance with the operating procedures, current legislation and the codes of practice administered by the client.

• NASSCO-PACP Certified
• Valid G license
• Industry software knowledge

• CCTV Inspect Sewer Lines Using PACP Coding Software
• Daily communication with the office and field staff
• Ability to complete daily reports & safety records tasks
• Maintain & troubleshoot equipment
• Ability to read and understand mapping, maximizing production through efficiency
• Mechanically inclined
